Warranty Periods
One year from the date of purchase from the dealer/shop.(Proof of purchase needed)
What our Warranty covers
- Products with material or workmanship defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Packa's discretion.
- The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, improper use or maintenance, accidents, misuse, negligence, or if the product is used outside its intended purpose or not according to instructions. However, Packa is committed to offering discounted repairs or replacements for products damaged due to accidents or misuse.
Policyreturns and Refunds
Packa is pleased to offer a return and refund service if you are not satisfied with the product. You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition as received, and with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
Return Instructions
To initiate a product return, kindly email us/dealer. Our team will assist you promptly with the return process.

- For non-quality-related issues, all associated fees with the returns will be the customer’s responsibility.
